It's official.
My pants are now too tight!
This is a problem because I have to unbutton them every time I sit down. *Crying in the corner*
It is not not understandable. I have been too busy with being a student AND a worker for too long. So, now that summer quarter is over, I am just a worker. Then, when my internship ends and fall quarter begins, I will be JUST a student. To accommodate for my impending CPA studying weight gain, it is the PERFECT time to focus back on fitness and healthy eating.
I have my work out log, I have my gym membership. I have my food log. It's time to get ready!
I think I'll swap different fads every so often. Maybe on a monthly basis... which coincidentally a new month is beginning!
So, for AUGUST: BODY FOR LIFE
I did body for life my freshman year of college for awhile. It kind of helped me get back on track for awhile because it's not terribly intensive. It's a very manageable lifestyle. After all, it's called Body For LIFE, which suggests it must pack some sustainability.
Basically, how it works is you work out 6 days a week with an rotation of Upper Body, Cardio, Lower Body, and Cardio and on the 7th day you rest.
The diet works that you eat 5 meals a day - small ones. And they each include a protein (a good one) and a carb (again, a good one, like a vegetable).
Details can be found at their website.
But I'll give you guys an update next week of how I'm doing! I'm starting Monday!
